herrera is such a pain in the ass,

i do agree with the "time to define the future of LC" part...herrera may actually end up screwing minerven out of any of the LC/LB concessions by pushing the "one deposit" theory (i think he wants the whole thing for minerven, not gonna happen)....

the whole government seems to be on track that LC/LB is one deposit now..the problem with that is how do you split it up among the various parties and how do you decide about the copper..
