You just don't seem to get that owning shares gives us the right to question and criticize management. The same way democracy gives you the right criticise your government.You remind me of the noncomps who tell anyone critical of their government that they should give up their citizenship.

When I see an endless stream of broken promises, missed deadlines, negative TA and repetitive pump and dump financings it pisses me off and sometimes I post about it. That doesn't make me a basher. It makes me a realist.

As No-bear said, it's all about balance.

I came across this site quite a while ago. It just didn't seem right to post about it but I just changed my mind. Basically it tells you what various experts, fund managers, analysts, etc think about a particular stock.
