I have been investing in KRY for over 10 years now and I have witnessed many ups and downs but I am more disappointed with the KRY management now than ever before... I bought into the KRY management philosophy of not “upsetting” HUGO by staying quiet. However, enough is enough...

KRY had issued a firm date of JV with CRRC that went without a peep from the KRY management. Why can’t they simply state the fact and issue something to sooth the general public? If the talks are still ongoing with CRRC/VEN, just state that talks are still progressing and everything is still on track. All RM conversations, it seems anyway, all lead to the same conclusion... “everything is on track and we are not thinking about arbitration”. Why can’t they simply put that in writing and appease the general public. I think we (long time investors) who suffered many years of inept KRY deserve at least that much....
