i'd like to know kry's legal advice when it comes to roy. i would think if they could ever prove that roy was paid by rusoro then they should be able to sue the pants off of roy and rusoro for "tortious interference"...for f's sake, how many times have roy and rusoro both claimed that rusoro will mine LC...if that does'nt show a clear attempt to disrupt kry's business dealings, i dont know what does.

maybe what we need is a settlement from rusoro and we'll take roys bottle of scotch (just for the principal) to pay our noteholders and finance arbitration....all we'd need is a ven official to say "yeah mang, rusoro paid (name your ven official) to steal the contract from creestalex"....
