I agree completely with this post. What drives my view in this is firstly that more and more it seems that KRY is dealing with a bureaucracy that is becoming fragmented, and one that is probably governed by a system of bribes (if one looks at other dictatorships); and secondly, the economic world in which all this is happening seems to be shifting in ways that we have probably not seen before.
