I've been wondering about the relative value of the KRY/CRRC deal. The Chinese appear to be into Vennie on a large scale. Perhaps they don't really care too much about the cost of an arbitration settlement with KRY; perhaps they agree to share it 50/50. I recall from posts here that the penalties levied against CRRC for breaking our Agreement are very low - was it 1 million?
