If that be the case, I don't see him jumping up and much work being done at Brisas. He already has that and has a case pending for that. Once again everyone is figuring Chavez has master plans. The guy is a boob, plain and simple. We shall see after this so called "BIG" deadline what will transpire. Imcompetence is not synomymous with mastery.
