I share the angst of my fellow share holders...we have been so conditioned over the years to

expect bad news....we did all along.

I am still optimistic that the deal will get done. Looking at it from the CREC's perspective, this

is a fantastic deal and they so much to gain by getting their foot hold on one of the richest

gold mines with so little effort on their part. They get nothing if it were to go the arbitration

route and the property gets tied up for years.
