I beleive as some do chavez will take this to the 11th hr. He's not making any musings nor remarks that sway me or KRY commons either way. It could be the chavez family have accumulated over 200 million shares over the past 9 months and will reward themselves handsomly when they deem fit.

Arbitration makes no sense because chavez has 20 million oz's in the ground...not processed but in the dirt. It doesn't help his exit strategy 1 bit seeing he's in trouble in 2012. What a exit package or "golden parachute" ........$500 million won't hurt him one bit.
