I have always felt that once Fung got the Chinese on board, (an absolutly stunning manuver), that it was a done deal. The Chinese did not enter into this agreement with hope in one hand and sh-t in the other. Three top level meetings between China and VZ satisfied China to proceed. The sheer payoff for China with very little investment is too good to be true. The time table has been disappointing but considering all the players involved maybe we were too critical and anxious. I hope my thoughts have merit.
