There's no process. It's sell whatever's left in storage in Houston and file for arbitration.

There's actually a few financial problems which may leave nothing for the common shareholders even with an arbitration settlement: 1. payment due to the bondholders; 2. repayment of the loan to the Chinese; 3. an almost certain re-instatement of the bond holders litigation.
