EZ, i think the "bit of light" is gonna be that fung and company may end up broke as well.... the "top businessman in canada" waited a couple years too long imo to file for arbitration...past when a "reasonable" person would have....kinda fumbled the fiduciary football imo...

face it, hugo waited til we were broke and fung went along for the ride to keep his own gravy train alive...

the bondholders now have the legal recourse to demand payment NOW but might have to wait for a court date if kry fights them...my guess is that this is already worked out somehow and shareholders will probably get the last sip at the trough...if any...
