If this were true...why would the PR talk about arbitration??. That makes no sense....If the PR ended at that sentence...I might believe what you are saying..but it doesn't ..it goes on to talk about the arbitration process...and preserving stakeholders value.

Thrown under the bus AGAIN....shows you what BS comes out on these bullboards...Fung is in China...Fung is at home...Fung is in VZLA....If we haven't gotten news in this long...it MUST be good news....this whole nightmare is a BIG JOKE.......wish I had never heard of this god damned company.....EVERY time you think good news must finally be here...we get screwed again...What happened to the on going discussions with senior level government officials....and the CVG being on OUR side.
