With due respect, as of Friday morning we were working on the assumption of filing an arbitration claim by the end of Q1 if we had no deal. A trade halt and we all, including me, assumed positive news. So what, we are back to arbitration again. Arbitration in my mind was always the worst case scenario. We have six weeks to get a deal if not we continue to arbitration. I respect what I'm told my management. They aren't advising lies. They have their backs to the wall and working within difficult confines. I'm prepared to continue with this stock and would be happy to buy your shares tomorrow when you sell because the news today makes arbitration an even better slam dunk. Fung gets financing. We will continue to fight another day. Just because the other party breaks an agreement doesn't negate our legal challenge - it enhances it. Noteholders aren't bringing us down..they lose that way. Good luck and I look forward to buying your cheaper shares tomorrow. Nothing changes the direction. I'm looking forward to Hugo sending in the troops tomorrow to recoup Las Cristinas.
