They better address financing with the arbitration PR or our share price will continue it's death spiral. Is it going to pleasantly surprise anyone if we file for arbitration in April....like WOW!!!!....they filed arbitration....BUY BUY BUY....we're suddenly worth $.40\share! Let's face it....our arbitration "pop" is already baked into the cake. At this point.....barring a deal....this is all about transparency from management as to how the bondholders will be paid and operating expenses met thru the arbitration process. We don't get any share price support until that concern is addressed.
