One further point. I believe the corruptuion factor is at work in this mess and the "we were blindsided by this" from kry I don't really buy. For them not to be aware of the situation in this regard or whatever the reason, considering thier "expertise" down there, speaks volumes to me. Cards were played. Got trumped.
