The JV announcement back in June 2010 was a fishing expedition but did we know that considering the way they used the words in the announcement? How many investors large and small loaded up on that news in to .50-.70 range? Criminal intent is a little strong to place at managements feet but what was on their minds when they read what they were about to put out in that PR? Certainly they knew investors would buy shares in large volumes. Now we are at .15 usd. Don't you think RF knew of this possibility when he released that June PR. What does this say about management and our trust level going forward about anything that they release? It sounds to me like sell on any good news will be the order of the day if there "is" any good news again.
