How do we know China is still in it? We aren't even certain they have been involved with KRY the last several months. RF and RM say they are in private phone conversation but that is hearsay. Have they stated that they are still involved with the Chinese in a PR recently? By that I mean China involved directly with KRY. The fact that they have never made a deal speaks volumes as to what kind of close relationship they have or how strongly they have felt about the JV transacting.
