OSMO, I'm not sure if it was implied that the permit was no longer going to be a problem with the Chinese involvement (I was in that camp), but you had to know/realize that CREC wasn't going to be in a JV with us without it, didn't you? Without the permit, what was the purpose of a JV with anyone?
