We have consistently been screwed around by each one of the countless levels of government having an endless number of mouthpieces spouting off. No-one knows the actual authority given to the person who pulled the MOC. All of KRY's PR's and telephone conversations with RM/RF etc. have said that the people to whom they are speaking are in agreement with the plans that are currently being made. There's never any way to find out who is in actual charge of anything down there.

The longer this goes on in silence, the more I believe that KRY losing the MOC is just one step needed to line up all the stars for one final announcement and permit delivery. My real fear is that the longer we go, the more likely it is that our SP will drop so far that we get de-listed, etc., thereby reducing any real increase in our value once stuff happens.
