A day or two ago I wondered whether it might be possible that our request for the right to an arbitration might be refused - on the grounds that we were not fully permitted, thereof we never had the "right" to mine. I must admit I got this awful nauseous feeiling when the thought crossed my mind. It would seem to be really unlikely, unless we were in some small way responsible for not obtaining the nviro permit.
