I think we've bent over backwards to accommodate whatever VZ concerns there were (we were never really told what they were - or at least it was never published). The MOC is a signed contract (although I doubt HC's signature is on it), but more authorities than just the CVG were complicit in the continuing "validation" of our MOC - the EIS and mine plan were accepted (I think that is huge) and the taxes and bonds were paid as a precursor to receiving to permit.

None of this means anything, really, since it never amounted to one oz of gold mined. But I believe (and this is my opinion only) that our case has merit before the ICSID.
