To the many people at this Crystallex forum I would suggest that you take a very clear look at the level of soft bashing that takes place on a daily basis. You all know who the various characters are. Ask yourself, why would someone hold a stock at a loss, and continue to complain and soft bash the same stock they hold? Why would someone do that? Why would someone, on a Saturday evening, cast doubt on a stock they don't hold?

To many people here, they have alot riding on this stock, from people who have invested alot of their life savings, who have encouraged friends and family to invest, who have taken losses and suffered personally. But to listen to people cast doubt, to show such ignorance on possibilities and the situation at hand makes no sense. And because it makes no sense those comments by such posters need to be taken into account.

I know for fact that management will seek to secure a settlement, that we will not be mining las cristinas and that the Chinese will seek to obtain a deal with Venezuela to mine Las Cristinas. That process will be conducted in a manner that will secure a buyout of Crystallex - that aspect I remain confident of because if I wasn't certain I would sell.
