Now! Now! Please refrain from "twisting" EZ's words....
He did say " approximately $5.00/share " so he doesn't mean "exactly" 5 bucks...
I posted here to try to get some reality into some of the discussion. Crazy positive theories don't make for rational investment decisions. I'm not "bashing" anything; just trying to refute false information and provide some insights into my thoughts on the issues.
KRY can get a favourable ISCID ruling but it will not be a penny more than what they claim and I expect it will be less, depending on the accuracy and support their lawyers can give to the figure demanded. There are no punative damages awarded by the ICSID. Only real costs expended on the project and a discounted figure for loss of profits are ever granted. What concerns me is that the longer KRY waits the greater the chance of an unanticipated problem developing which will complicate the issue.
Everyone who is long KRY should do the calculation themselves. Estimate what portion of the claim is likely to be accepted by the tribunal, subtract the costs of financing the legal case and the running costs of the company over the time it takes to get a settlement and divide that by the number of shares (fully diluted) on issue to get an indication of what the value will be to you, the investors of a settlement, and be prepared to wait. Wild guesses may look promising, but they are not real.
