Thanx again JC,

I’m not really a total newbie in trading. After retirement, I earned series 7, 66, and PA LA&H licenses, but left them expire about 8 years ago.

But, as a financial advisor with average clients, I never dealt with those details regarding individual issues, and have forgotten much of what I learned.
