So we are still on the hook with the Chinese even though we filed for Arbitration?

What are the reamificaitons of being in two Agreements in effect at the same time? TIA

I know Robert Fung knows what he is doing, but I don't know what he is doing and whether the above situation is positive or negative for KRY.

Personally, I would rather go to Arbitration, hopefully get my investment, be done with Venezuela and the Chinese, and get my money back to Canada where there is law and order. Like many on this Board, I feel stuck!
