No way a JV, OF! I for one, do not want to see a JV which requires us to give away two thirds of the value of the Company; and when you include the dilution of the stock, we, I believe would end up with l6% of what we had. In Arbitration we will get 100%. we are done with Chavez and we can take our money back to the land of law and order!

IMO, a buyout or settlement equivalent to what we would get in Arbitration is the way to go.......vlada
