The company has now moved into the arbitration mode. I think Fung should address the shareholders and let us know where the following stands:

1.JV

2. Financing

3. Reasons for cancellation of Contract- speculative or not.

4. what is our future plans. i.e are all negotiations dead and we are continuing with arbitration or is there hope for fruitful negotiations that will bring a permit, buyout or JV?
