While I may be naive I don't see how the sordid past of Inversora/Placer Dome/KRY et al should factor into the decision of the ICSID. Ven and the CVG entered into a legal contract with KRY and KRY held up its end of the contract. (The CVG confirmed that in writing).

The fact that KRY has shit on its hands from past dealings prior to the contract shouldn't change the fact that KRY and all of us got screwed by Hugo.

I think the bigger problem for us is not KRY's past but its current (non-responsive) management and potential bankruptcy.
