civi, i agree, since the MOC/MOA was signed everything previous to that really should'nt play a big role imo....i'm VERY curious as to the details of the ramstein trading case though. i want to know how (if at all) it is related to kry's case. i'm actually wondering if we are'nt up to 4 icsid cases basically all on the same property.
