EZ,

Although your post is quite simple it is one of the best posts I have read today. You are right. The delisting can't be about the SP. From the AMEX's point of view KRY has to be in the business of mining and they no longer are. How can RF get around that? My question is this. Can RF disclose information to the AMEX about his plan to stay viable without telling shareholders?
