The only real value in this company is the arbitration. Why does it matter if there is a reverse split or it gets delisted? It is all about the arbitration. If it gets delisted you can still sell your shares, but at this price why would you? If there is a rs the so called big boys will definitely short the crap out of the stock and drive the price down anyway. Most funds can not buy the stock unless it is above $5 but you know at that price hedge funds are just going to short it now for the gains knowing any arb rulings are probably two years away. No matter what the price is the only thing that will probably affect the market cap in the long run is the arbitration ruling or a buyout/payoff from the CRRC and if they give the company away to refinance then we have nothing anyway.
It is all about the arbitration.
