Without the RS the RM doesn't happen. IMO the un-popular and always ugly RS 1-10 will happen. Without the RS the AMEX and the CRRC RM doesn't happen.

Also, why do a reverse split without any other plan for a business? KRY would just be shorted back to .11 cents.

Part of the AMEX appeal is to plant the seed of the new business and JV/RM with the Chinese. And who would deal with Vz. except China via buying intersts in KRY vis a vie shs.

364.5 million to 36.5 million assures our survival in two parts;

1) AMEX

2) CRRC/VNNMC new co. via KRY reduced float.

Major shareholders are in full control of the vote . IMO the new owners of the float won't de-couple the vested interests of the newly combined entity.
