GW,

Since the current SP is .11 usd are you saying that the BOD wants options priced for them at say .05 usd so that they can immediately sell them for a profit? I haven't read the proxy yet so maybe this info is in that paperwork. Sorry for my lack of DD. At .11 I don't have much left in me!
