Osmo....I'm the wrong guy to ask about technical stuff and for factual DD. I've taken the liberty of doing a cut and paste on some information that was sent to me via PM that should help clarify the situation..

Just so you are aware, last years options were 4.9 million awarded @ .45

The previous year was .24

And they just want us to increase the pool of available options by 3 million, not actually vote for them to get them, yet. This would bring their pool back up to 4.9 million.
