I reviewed the Report, and was reminded of the basis for our arbitration claim. The company hass requsted re-instatement of the MOC; or damages. I don't know whether all arbitrations ask for this, but i sounds a reasonable claim to me. One wouldn't normally expect to be able to get an order forcing a sovereign state to do something, but since Ven has signed on to the Court's jurisdiction, it seems to me that there would be a good chance that we win rinstatement of the MOC - since it appears that we did abssolutely nothing wrong; and simply got all the social benefits for the area sucked out of us.

Now, of course, will we survive long enough to receive a judgment?

Would it be likely that if Hugo gets the boot, his successor reinstates the MOC tout de suite?
