If you think Fung has some secret plan (that he told AMEX) which would make KRY a viable business (beyond an arbitration speculation play) why did Fung not tell us?

Why do you think he might be keeping this secret plan, secret?

Why not tell us of this secret plan to ensure that we all vote for the 10-1 reverse split?

Why do you think his approach to KRY's dire situation is to say to us his usual motto: Trust me. I know what's best?
