Dparge, I agree with you and EZ about Fung having no control over Hugo and his whims. Fung however does control how Kry operates towards an arbitration route. Here Hugo has no control or power and will be forced to abide by the rule of law. This is one of the reasons I still have faith we will not go BK and will see a settlement or arbitration award.

People can debate and question whether RF waited too long to file but I think from everything we know he has kept Kry fully complaint and in a strong position to win the arbitration case.

I don't know if anyone could have handled it better but there are many who may have handled it differently. It has always been RF's deal making skills that I believed would save the day so to speak. That might not happen this time but it won't be from a lack of trying.

Let's hope for all of our sakes RF does make a deal to get us through arbitration.
