just my 2 cents vet... i dont think the recent rise to a market cap of $200mil in grz is due to icsid progress...

this has been a very deliberate buy in by someone over a very short period. i'm not chasing it because i dont know what the reason is. but i'm guessing we'll find out quick.

best guess, settlement offer.
