Trust me when I say that bankruptcy is a realistic outcome, however, the four points that your broker lists may not apply to this case.

1. Most single digit stocks do not have an arbitration filed for multi billion dollars.

2. I am most concerned about this one, however, I do not believe that this is the best option for the bondholders.

3. There are companies that lend these amounts of money when there is a strong arbitration case, which there is.

4. If this was the case then why is GRZ trading where it is?

I am hoping and praying that we get the financing and that it is announced soon. If we get financing, I believe that we will be fine. Let's keep our fingers crossed!
