Don't take this the wrong way but if you still have shares you are in the group holding for the 11th hour. If you have sold here or at a higher price hopefully you can recoup you $54K along the way. I have no problem with whatever side of the fence your on.

If Fung had financing as RM has always proclaimed why would he be waiting so long to share it? Why would RF devastate the SP and the company by holding out that important information? One can only conclude that RF has no financing available and it was all a ruse.

I would imagine that until the i's are dotted and t's are crossed nothing will be announced if there is a financing. Whether true or not Kry has maintained since the first lawsuit claiming broken promises (shortly after Easter) that they will only announce things when they are complete now.

I find it hard to believe RF would bother with a $5 million dollar ruse to squeeze the last drop of money out of Kry but hey what do I know I invested in Kry which makes me not so smart. You are free to conclude there is no financing just as I am free to believe there will be one but neither of us has any facts to proclaim either of us are right or wrong.

If you still hold shares I hope you are wrong. If you don't it really doesn't matter to you one way or another.
