I don't think both companies are in the same position. Gold Reserve has some cash flow and liquid assets, Crystallex does not. The arbitrations may be similar but I think the fact that Gold Reserve may not have to get financing to clear out a bond position and has less of a float are the bigger reasons for the SP difference.
