We are off page one and are now 4th in the queue on page 2 of the icsid case load list to complete the tribunal membership.

this month for sure. It's our turn coming up. i say before the end of the month. how about next week.

Come hell or high water chavez will do everything in his power to not pay anybody anything. His recent political and finance moves regarding his gold deposits and now recent decision to leave icisd is the end of his cooperation with icsid decisions and awards. he owe $40b already and has not paid a cent and will not. you can say awards will be paid because he has international business obligations. and will be forced to but i don't think it will matter.

he has citgo but so what. did cuba pay out anything yet they still seem to function

icsid must publish decisions faster than they do for otherwise their usefulness is ineffective and mean nothing.

their and tribunal lawyers are being paid forever but no clout. Great annuity for these guys.
