in 2008 it took 6 months to get a decision after the tribunal held a hearing on jurisdiction. then venezuela "counter memorialed".. i think they are finally getting toward the end of this case. vannessa is one of the longest running ...what will be real interesting is if ven offers to settle before the decision.
