I don't believe this was simply a first meeting. It appears this was THE trial for Vannessa since the hearing encompassed both jurisidiction and merits of the case. The procedural details indicate everything has been fully briefed and has been ready for trial for quite some time. The tribunal was reconstituted last year. So, it appears to me, the tribunal has taken time to familiarize itself with the case and held the trial this month. Typically, the parties are allowed to file post trial briefs which may take a few months. I would expect a decision at some point after that happens.
