I'm not ignoring history, in fact we are in agreement about KRY's track record.

I do like facts, and the point was there was no deadline for KRY to miss. People's expectations aside, the lack of an announcement at this point is meaningless in a deal like this PP, and the novel (read new, untested) CVR structure. You can be sure the lawyers are working overtime...

Personally, I would have been (pleasantly) surprised with an announcement on the 28 OCT, as I wasn't expecting it. This is definitely not a "run of the mill" bond issue.

Tuet has posted his update regarding the PP essentially on track, and the information that I'm getting from my contact at Mellon confirms the essential points.

Civi, you can quote history all you want, I'll stick to current information.

Sorry, no deal.
