Nope. Ultimately, yes, but shareholder value will be through the roof on an award announcement.

One thing to consider, we will have an excellent idea how this will play out well before an award announcement. With the number of solid cases well advanced, we will see how Vz is going to deal with arb cases. To date, they seem to negotiate settlements or at the least partial settlements. As I stated earlier, Gold Reserve isn't letting off the (arbitration advancement) gas, even though Doug has stated publically that they have had formal and informal settlement talks. I imagine we will do the same.
