As far as I know RM never stated a deadline of Friday for the syndication book closing. That's something that was posted earlier on this board. So Richard is not at fault for raising anyone's hopes on that.

But I did asked Richard if that date (Friday) was accurate and he did not reply to that.....only to say the book has not closed yet and they are working on doing so.
