Your argument that the holdup is related to the lack of sufficient funds due to the proverbial check being in the mail seems plausible. However, the language that RM used in his reply to Cividale borders on fraud if the Company does not have a reasonable expectation that all the monies will be forthcoming.

Knowing how conservative Crystallex is, I would suspect they would say nothing if they are still chasing after a crucial amount of promised money.
