In addition, key date that might have impact on announcement is

Dec 1st, initial hearing. We will have the calendar for the arbitration case set during this hearing. We SHOULD be able to submit our merit filing within days afterward. Conoco filed their merit submission 3 days after their initial hearing and certainly have had enough time for Freshfields to have ours ready to go.
